TCU/IAM Local 1315, representing more than 1,300 dedicated and essential transit workers who keep Los Angeles moving, is proud to raise our voice in full and unwavering endorsement of Traci Park for Los Angeles City Council District 11. Our members are on the front lines every single day, keeping the transit system that millions depend on moving, and we know what real leadership looks like. Traci Park has proven she is that leader.
Traci Park doesn’t just talk about clean, safe, and reliable streets and transit she delivers. She has stood with workers, fought for the safety of our communities, and shown the kind of determination it takes to make real change. When devastating wildfires tore through our region earlier this year, Traci showed the courage, steadiness, and compassion that defines true public service. She didn’t hide behind politics, she took action, stood with the people, and led from the front. That’s the kind of leadership our city deserves.
As transit workers, we know that safety is non-negotiable, reliability is essential, and respect for the people who do the work is the foundation of any great city. Traci Park understands this. She has been an ally in our fight for a world-class transit system, one that works for both riders and workers. She knows that when you invest in transit, you invest in the future of Los Angeles, its economy, its environment, and its people.
The choice for City Council District 11 is clear: Traci Park stands with working people, and we stand with her. TCU/IAM Local 1315 proudly calls on every voter in District 11 to join us in supporting Traci Park. Together, we can build a safer, cleaner, stronger Los Angeles where both our communities and our workers can thrive.
Sincerely,
Josh Ott
