EMILY’s List Endorses Traci
“Traci Park has been a proven champion in the fight to end gender-based economic injustice and support local businesses. Park has dedicated her career as an attorney to advocating for her community, and we are confident that she will make an excellent councilmember.”

Tragic Fire in Venice
Traci spent time with friends and neighbors at the scene of a tragic fire in the Venice canals, where a three-story home under construction became engulfed in flames late Sunday evening. At least five homes were damaged in the incident, with three totally lost. Traci’s heart goes out to all the residents who were impacted. Traci, who is running on a public safety and fire prevention platform, said she is grateful to the men and women of the Fire Department who risk their own lives to keep our communities safe.

LA City Firefighters & Paramedics Urge CD11 Voters To Elect Traci Park
The crisis on our streets has our Fire Department stretched too thin. With the explosion of overdoses, mental health emergencies, and homeless-related fires, LAFD responds to calls for service about every 35 seconds. Our local firefighters and paramedics are now urging voters to elect Traci to LA City Council.
“Traci has demonstrated the leadership and determination needed to be an excellent councilmember. We believe Traci will be a terrific partner in helping our firefighters and paramedics secure the resources we need to effectively protect all the residents of Los Angeles,” said Freddy Escobar, President of UFLAC.

Traci In The News
Following ongoing violence on the streets of Venice, Traci sat down in the news studio with Elex Michaelson and Maria Tellez to talk about much needed change and her plans to solve the homelessness crisis.

Traci About Town: Equality Awards
It was another incredible week on the campaign trail for Traci. Among the highlights were the Equality Awards on Saturday night at the Bonaventure, where Traci mingled with Los Angeles leaders, as advocates in the LGBTQ+ community were celebrated for their good works in creating a more equitable world for all.
Jim Murez Endorsement Event
Former CD11 candidate, Jim Murez, endorsed Traci with a splash, hosting an event for her and joining former candidates Mike Newhouse and Mat Smith in throwing their support behind Traci.
The Kids Are Alright
Traci also enjoyed hearing from young people at a candidate debate hosted by students at Pacific Palisades High School.
“These young people asked such smart and insightful questions,” she said. “I am looking so forward to serving the next generation of leaders and creating a youth advisory council so they can keep me informed on what matters most to them.”
